What you’re buying
For £29 you get three full draft wedding speeches in three different angles (warm, funny, balanced), generated from the answers you give us in the questionnaire. Each draft is delivered as a Word document and a PDF, by email, via download links that work for 7 days.
Delivery
Drafts typically arrive in your inbox within a minute of paying. If they haven’t arrived within 24 hours, email hello@raiseaspeech.com with your order ID and we’ll sort it.
If you’re not happy: free regenerations
Because the drafts are delivered immediately and the value is in your inbox, we don’t offer cash refunds for delivered orders. What we offer instead is unlimited free regenerations:
- Reply within 7 days describing what you’d like different (different tone, more about a particular story, less of something else, or just “try again”) and we’ll regenerate.
- As many times as it takes. No cap. We’d rather run another generation than have you walk away with something you won’t use.
- This aligns with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, and where it isn’t, we’re obliged to repair or replace it. Regeneration is the repair.
When we do refund
- If we fail to deliver within 24 hours of payment: full refund, automatic. That’s a technical failure on our side, not a satisfaction issue.
- If the drafts are unreadable, corrupted, or contain output that breaches our content guidelines: full refund.
When a refund is issued, the generated draft files are deleted from our servers and any download links stop working immediately.
Who owns the speeches
You do. Once delivered, the drafts are yours to use, edit, share, or throw away. We claim no ongoing rights and we don’t use your speech (or the stories you wrote into the form) to train any models or to generate other people’s speeches.
Acceptable use
By submitting the questionnaire you confirm that:
- You won’t use the service to generate defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content.
- You’ve got the consent of any real people whose stories you’re sharing in the form (or the stories are about you, the couple, or close family).
- You won’t resell or redistribute the service itself.
What we promise (and what we don’t)
We promise to deliver three drafts that follow the conventions of UK wedding speeches, written from your input, free of the obvious AI clichés. We don’t promise that you’ll cry, that the room will laugh, or that the best man will speak to you again. Speeches are subjective.
To the extent allowed by UK law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Cancellation right (UK distance selling)
Because the drafts are generated immediately on payment, by paying you consent to delivery starting straight away and waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The refund policy above applies instead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
